We are recruiting a qualified Occupational Therapist to join a community health team in Ireland. This part-time contract role offers a fulfilling opportunity to support patients in regaining independence and improving their quality of life through person-centred interventions.
What you'll do
Assess patients' functional abilities and identify barriers to independence. Develop and implement individualised occupational therapy programmes. Recommend and arrange adaptive equipment and home modifications. Liaise with GPs, social workers, and carers to coordinate holistic care. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for clinical and legal purposes.
What we're looking for
Degree in Occupational Therapy and current CORU or HCPC registration. Experience in community or rehabilitation settings preferred. Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills. Ability to manage an independent caseload. Full driving licence and access to own vehicle required.
