We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. You will deliver high-quality patient care across a variety of clinical settings, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for every patient
What you'll do
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical observations
- Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Adhere to infection control and health & safety protocols
What we're looking for
- Valid NMC registration (Nursing and Midwifery Council)
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Right to work in the UK
