What you'll do
Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care to patients with a range of psychiatric conditions. Conduct risk assessments and develop individualised care plans. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and occupational therapists. Document patient progress accurately in line with clinical guidelines.
What we're looking for
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC or NMBI pin. Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience. Experience in acute inpatient mental health settings preferred. Strong empathy, communication, and de-escalation skills.
